Called Patrick about my whirlpool stackable oven/microwave. Very informative and honest. I have a technical background. So I troubleshot the problem, and Patrick confirmed over the phone the problem. Ordered the part before coming. At arrival, he was nice and easy to talk to. Went to work and removed the appliance from the cabinet. Replaced the part and tested it multiple times before returning everything back to normal. I am very happy with his services and his character. I'm glad to finally find an honest appliance company/technician that gets the job done the first time.
