DIAGNOSTICS/REPAIRS

Service call (diagnostics and repair)

We offer prompt and professional diagnosis and repair all of your home appliances, helping you get your household back to your daily routines. Check our home page for occasional special discounts.

$99.95/$129.95*

Service call rates include the labor and diagnostic fees for most appliances.
Service call rate will be included in charges if we do the repair.
Part orders may require a deposit.
We will give you a full estimate to approve before we start the work.
Sealed systems, compressor repairs, and gas and luxury/premier appliances may require additional charges.

PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT FROM THE APPLIANCE COACH

Plan to have pets and other family members stay in another room while the technician is working.
Make sure your home and appliance area is accessible, clean and free of other issues (i.e. clutter, dirt, waste, evidence of pest infestations)
Our technicians observe all safe masking protocols upon request.
After the repair is complete, we recommend disinfecting the appliance once more before resuming use.
If the appliance remains broken or is declared unfixable by the technician, we recommend following their expert instructions regarding operation or use.
Diagnosis fees and parts deposits are due at time of appointment (cash, check, selected payment apps)

MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

Keep your appliances in pro shape. Our maintenance packages on most common brands will help you avoid costly breakdowns and extend the life of your appliances. Note: These packages include discounts on repairs if neeeded.

Washer and Dryer/Yearly

$300/BOTH

We’ll come out twice a year to inspect both appliances for proper functioning, wear and tear, excess noise, water and gas leaks.

Kitchen/Yearly

$350/ALL THREE

We’ll come out twice a year to check refrigerator, stove or dishwasher for proper functioning, wear and tear, water and gas leaks.
